Alpha Cargo Services Co. (ACSC) is an award winning, Saudi Civil Aviation (GACA) Certified Cargo Agent, managed by professionals with more than 40 years of experience in the cargo sector. Founded in 2000, we have been instrumental in helping multi-national companies with all air cargo commodities – AOG, Dangerous Goods, General Cargo, Perishables, Pharmaceuticals and individuals with personal effects. Over the years, we have developed special cargo services for Haj pilgrims, namely the Haj & Umrah pilgrim cargo consolidation and City Check-in. The City Check-in service facilitates easier travel for pilgrims and enables on-time departures of airline partner’s flights. The City Check-in service is widely appreciated by pilgrims, airlines, consular missions and Haj authorities. Now, as ACSC is the GSSA for Malaysia Airlines across KSA, we consider it a special honour to have also been an Eyab Launch partner for GACA to refine Malaysia Airlines (MH) pilgrim’s return after performing Haj in 2019. After being appointed MH GSSA, we have helped extend MH cargo network to all international airports in Saudi Arabia through road feeder services. With an eye on the future, we are working with partners from across the globe to bring to the Middle East, a truly integrated real time cargo tracking service and contribute to making cargo smarter as a nominee of IATA’s Interactive Cargo Task Force.
