Established in 1991 with registered capital of USD3.64 million, UBI was licensed by Ministry of Commerce of PRC, the Customs Bureau of PRC, General Administration of Civil Aviation of PRC and Ministry of Communication of PRC as “A” licensed freight forwarder, Customs broker, class “A” sales agent for airlines and NVOCC in China. UBI specializes in import and exports services for air, ocean, road and rail transportation, ranging from freight canvassing, chartering, booking, customs brokerage, transshipment, warehousing, insurance, B/L issuance, container stuffing and unstuffing as well as other related logistics services. UBI has a team of logistics professionals and has developed a full-fledged operational infrastructure with comprehensive customer services network within mainland China. Today, UBI employs over 300 staff. With Headquarter situated in Shanghai, important port in China, UBI currently has 17 branches located in Dalian, Harbin, Changchun, Beijing, Tianjin, Chengdu, Qingdao, Jinan, Nanjing, Ningbo, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Dong guan and Yan tai. Among the branch offices, Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Shenzhen, Tianjin and Xiamen are licensed by CAAC as class “A” sales agents for airlines in China.
