H I S T O R Y Hal International Cargo Agency was established in 1982 by H.E. late Prince Abdullah Bin Mohamed Bin Jalawi Al Saud , owner and President. He is succeeded by his son H.E. Saud Bin Abdullah. HAL was established with ambitions and motive to stand as a leading freight forwarder in the Saudi market as well as to explore overseas markets. Since then we are proud to declare our success story in the line of transport. Through the past years we have established strong relation with our partners the Airlines, Shipping Lines, as well as foreign correspondents.
