Established in 2007, CSM has expanded from a small operation to one of active and reputable international NVOCC in the world. CSM Group has offices in Malaysia (Kuantan Port, Pasir Gudang Port, Port Klang Port, Kota Kinabalu, Bintulu), China (Dalian, Fuzhou, Gaoming, Guangzhou, Jiangmen, Nanhai, Nanjing, Ningbo, Qingdao, Sanshui, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Xiamen & Zhanjiang), Hong Kong, Indonesia (Jakarta, Medan) and an affiliated office in Banda Abbas, Iran. We now employ more than 300 staffs and move/handle more than 10,000 containers worldwide annually. Our extensive network reaches 80 countries with over 500 affiliated and agents worldwide. As an international forwarder with a paid up capital of US$3,000,000, CSM has also filed bond/tariff/HBL in U.S.A/Brazil/China. In China, we also have a NVOCC with a cash deposit of around US$200,000. As CSM is aware of the importance of communication in the forwarding industry, each of our offices has installed Internet e-mail system in & multi-users/EDI and our operation, documentation & communication are fully computerized. In addition, CMS has installed Cargo Tracking” system and this can offer information flow on shipment pre-alert, tracking reports and logistics service through email/web site to agents/clients.
