While trying to understand the current industry practices we identified some gaps in the value chain & flow of communication between Shipping line, freight forwarder, Custom House Agent and the end user. We found that certain process modifications can enhance efficiency & transparency and reduce communication errors & costs to a reasonable extent. For example, the need for setting-up & managing multiple offices across the globe is a substantial cost for shipping lines. We decided to try reducing this cost by using internet as our primary medium of doing business in a way that we procure business for our partner shipping lines by saving on administrative costs and passing on the cost benefits to the shipper & fulfilling our end objective - more business for carriers and better price for shippers. We have been known for delivering reliable cargo handling services which we attribute to our people, processes and technology. Our head-quarter is in Gurgaon, India and associate offices across the globe are well equipped with latest technology to handle cargo.
