They have been doing business in the Sub-Continent since British Rule. Chittagong office of James Finlay & Co. Ltd. was established in 1901. The Company had business in Tea Plantation, Agencies, Trading etc. The Company became maj| producer of Tea in Bangladesh. Effective from 1/8/2004, arising from Management buy-over, JF (Bangladesh) Limited have inherited all the non-tea related businesses of James Finlay Limited in Bangladesh. 2. Type of Organization The Company is incorporated in Bangladesh as a limited company. The Company is run and managed with full Corporate Value. The Company has Offices at Chittagong, Dhaka & Khulna – all the three major Cities of Bangladesh.
